नामुद्गयूषं नाक्षौद्रं नोष्णं नामलकैर्विना । अन्यथा जनयेत् कुष्ठविसर्पादीन् गदान् बहून् । नात्मानमुदके पश्येन्न नग्नः प्रविशेज्जलम् ॥१००॥

He should avoid eating mung bean soup, honey, hot foods, or meals without pickles. Otherwise, he may develop various ailments, including leprosy and skin eruptions. Additionally, he should not look at his reflection in water, nor should he enter water while naked.

english translation

उसे मूंग दाल का सूप, शहद, गर्म भोजन, या अचार के बिना भोजन करने से बचना चाहिए। अन्यथा, उसे कई बीमारियाँ, जैसे कुष्ठ और त्वचा पर फोड़े हो सकते हैं। इसके अलावा, उसे पानी में अपना प्रतिबिम्ब नहीं देखना चाहिए, और नग्न अवस्था में पानी में प्रवेश नहीं करना चाहिए।
