अभिन्नमन्त्रं निष्क्रान्तं प्रवेश्यं नान्यथा भवेत् । पिपीलिकाशिरोग्रस्तं तदप्येके वदन्ति तु ॥५६॥
An unobstructed, uninjured person who enters should not experience anything else. Some say that it resembles a person afflicted by the bite of an ant.

एक ऐसा व्यक्ति जो बिना अवरोध और बिना चोट के प्रवेश करता है, उसे अन्यथा अनुभव नहीं होना चाहिए। कुछ लोग कहते हैं कि यह किसी चींटी के काटने से पीड़ित व्यक्ति के समान होता है।

abhinnamantraM niSkrAntaM pravezyaM nAnyathA bhavet । pipIlikAzirograstaM tadapyeke vadanti tu ॥56॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रक्षाल्य पयसा दिग्धं तृणशोणितपांशुभिः । प्रवेशयेत् कृत्तनखो घृतेनाक्तं शनैः शनैः ॥५७॥
The area should be washed with milk, smeared with grass, blood, and earth. The one with cut nails should enter slowly with ghee at night.

क्षेत्र को दूध से धोकर, घास, रक्त, और मिट्टी से लेप किया जाना चाहिए। जिस व्यक्ति के नाखून कटे हुए हैं, उसे धीरे-धीरे रात में घी के साथ प्रवेश करना चाहिए।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रवेशयेत् क्षीरसिक्तं शुष्कमन्त्रं घृताप्लुतम् । अङ्गुल्याऽभिमृशेत् कण्ठं जलेनोद्वेजयेदपि ॥५८॥
The dry mantra should be entered with milk and ghee smeared on it. One should touch the throat with a finger and even cause agitation with water.

सूखे मन्त्र को दूध और घी से लेप करके प्रवेश करना चाहिए। एक को अंगुली से कंठ को छूकर जल से भी उत्तेजित करना चाहिए।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptहस्तपादेषु सङ्गृह्य समुत्थाप्य महाबलाः । भवत्यन्तःप्रवेशस्तु यथा निर्धुनुयुस्तथा ॥५९॥
Grasping the hands and feet, the very strong (person) should lift (the patient) up; the internal entry should be done as if shaking (the patient).

हाथों और पैरों को पकड़कर, अत्यंत बलवान व्यक्ति को उठाना चाहिए; आंतरिक प्रवेश इस प्रकार करना चाहिए जैसे रोगी को झकझोरना।

hastapAdeSu saGgRhya samutthApya mahAbalAH । bhavatyantaHpravezastu yathA nirdhunuyustathA ॥59॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतथाऽन्त्राणि विशन्त्यन्तः स्वां कलां पीडयन्ति च । व्रणाल्पत्वाद्बहुत्वाद्वा दुष्प्रवेशं भवेत्तु यत् ॥६०॥
Thus, (the instruments) enter the interior, causing pain to their own part; (this) can be due to the smallness or largeness of the wound, leading to difficult entry.

इस प्रकार (उपकरण) आंतरिक में प्रवेश करते हैं, अपनी ही हिस्से में पीड़ा पहुंचाते हैं; यह या तो घाव के छोटे या बड़े होने के कारण हो सकता है, जिससे प्रवेश में कठिनाई होती है।
