तथाऽन्त्राणि विशन्त्यन्तः स्वां कलां पीडयन्ति च । व्रणाल्पत्वाद्बहुत्वाद्वा दुष्प्रवेशं भवेत्तु यत् ॥६०॥

Thus, (the instruments) enter the interior, causing pain to their own part; (this) can be due to the smallness or largeness of the wound, leading to difficult entry.
