तैलं कृतं गतिमपोहति शीघ्रमेतत् कन्देषु चामरवरायुधसाह्वयेषु । भल्लातकार्कमरिचैर्लवणोत्तमेन सिद्धं विडङ्गरजनीद्वयचित्रकैश्च ॥४१॥
This oil, prepared with specific herbs, quickly alleviates the condition when applied to the tubers associated with Chamara and Varayudha. It is made effective by the combination of Bhallataka, Karkamari, and the best salt, along with the two types of Vidanga.

This oil, prepared with the essence of Markava, quickly eliminates the affected channel (nadi) and wounds caused by Kapha and Vata. If there is a deterioration in the breast milk, the physician should administer clarified butter (ghee) on the left side, which is beneficial after it has been properly processed.

If a patient consumes food made from mudga (green gram) along with the decoction of nimba in honey, they may experience vomiting after one, three, four, or six hours. In such cases, one should drink clarified butter (ghee) mixed with triphala or take it together.

यदि कोई रोगी शहद में निम्बा के काढ़े के साथ मुद्गा (मूंग) से बने भोजन का सेवन करता है, तो उसे एक, तीन, चार या छह घंटे के बाद उल्टी का अनुभव हो सकता है। ऐसे में त्रिफला में घी मिलाकर पीना चाहिए या साथ में लेना चाहिए।

For the purification of the body, one should consume a decoction of the sweet and bitter herbs such as bhargī, vachā, ativisha, surādaru, and muṣṭā, along with milk. This should be taken with honey, especially beneficial for conditions like mārga-vadha (blockage) and others.

This general treatment is described; however, for specific doshas (imbalances), one should manage them based on the principles of Ayurveda. The physician should carefully observe the ailment arising from the breasts and address it according to the prescribed methods.
