This oil, prepared with specific herbs, quickly alleviates the condition when applied to the tubers associated with Chamara and Varayudha. It is made effective by the combination of Bhallataka, Karkamari, and the best salt, along with the two types of Vidanga.

If a patient consumes food made from mudga (green gram) along with the decoction of nimba in honey, they may experience vomiting after one, three, four, or six hours. In such cases, one should drink clarified butter (ghee) mixed with triphala or take it together.
