सामान्यमेतदुपदिष्टमतो विशेषाद्दोषान् पयोनिपतितान् शमयेद्यथास्वम् । रोगं स्तनोत्थितमवेक्ष्य भिषग्विदध्या द्यद्विद्रधावभिहितं बहुशो विधानम् ॥४५॥

This general treatment is described; however, for specific doshas (imbalances), one should manage them based on the principles of Ayurveda. The physician should carefully observe the ailment arising from the breasts and address it according to the prescribed methods.

english translation

यह सामान्य उपचार वर्णित किया गया है; हालांकि, विशेष दोषों (असंतुलनों) के लिए, एक को आयुर्वेद के सिद्धांतों के अनुसार उनका प्रबंधन करना चाहिए। चिकित्सक को स्तनों से उत्पन्न रोग पर ध्यानपूर्वक अवलोकन करना चाहिए और इसे निर्धारित विधियों के अनुसार संबोधित करना चाहिए।
