निपात्य शस्त्रं तिलनागदन्तीयष्ट्याह्वकल्कैः परिपूरयेत्ताम् । प्रक्षालने चापि ससोमनिम्बा निशा प्रयोज्या कुशलेन नित्यम् ॥२१॥
After making an incision with a sharp instrument, the wound should be filled with the paste of sesame, nagadanti, and yashtimadhu. For washing the wound, a decoction of soma, neem, and nisha should be used daily by the skilled physician.
