निपात्य शस्त्रं तिलनागदन्तीयष्ट्याह्वकल्कैः परिपूरयेत्ताम् । प्रक्षालने चापि ससोमनिम्बा निशा प्रयोज्या कुशलेन नित्यम् ॥२१॥

After making an incision with a sharp instrument, the wound should be filled with the paste of sesame, nagadanti, and yashtimadhu. For washing the wound, a decoction of soma, neem, and nisha should be used daily by the skilled physician.

तीक्ष्ण शस्त्र से चीरा लगाने के बाद घाव को तिल, नागदन्ती और यष्टिमधु के पेस्ट से भरना चाहिए। घाव को धोने के लिए कुशल चिकित्सक द्वारा प्रतिदिन सोम, नीम और निशा का प्रयोग करना चाहिए।
