रुजावन्तोऽनिलाविष्टा रूक्षा ये चोर्ध्वजत्रुजाः । व्रणेषु तेषु कर्तव्यं नस्यं वैद्येन जानता ॥१२६॥
In wounds that are painful, vitiated by air, and dry, especially those located above the neck, nasal administration (Nasa) should be performed by an experienced physician.

जो व्रण पीड़ादायक, वात से विकृत और सूखे होते हैं, विशेष रूप से गर्दन के ऊपर, उनका उपचार कुशल चिकित्सक द्वारा नस्य (नस्य चिकित्सा) से करना चाहिए।
