तस्य पुत्रशतं जज्ञे ककुद्मिज्येष्ठमुत्तमम् । ककुद्मी रेवतीं कन्यां स्वामादाय विभुं गतः ॥ ९-३-२९ ॥
Taking his own daughter, Revatī, Kakudmī went to Lord Brahmā in Brahmaloka, which is transcendental to the three modes of material nature, and inquired about a husband for her. ॥ 9-3-29 ॥

ककुद्मी अपनी पुत्री रेवती को लेकर ब्रह्मा के पास ब्रह्मलोक में गया जो भौतिक प्रकृति के तीनों गुणों से परे है और उसके लिए पति के विषय में पूछताछ की। ॥ ९-३-२९ ॥
