गान्धार्यां धृतराष्ट्रस्य जज्ञे पुत्रशतं नृप । तत्र दुर्योधनो ज्येष्ठो दुःशला चापि कन्यका ॥ ९-२२-२६ ॥

Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s wife, Gāndhārī, gave birth to one hundred sons and one daughter, O King. The oldest of the sons was Duryodhana, and the daughter’s name was Duḥśalā. ॥ 9-22-26 ॥

english translation

हे राजा, धृतराष्ट्र की पत्नी गांधारी ने एक सौ पुत्र तथा एक कन्या को जन्म दिया। सबसे बड़ा पुत्र दुर्योधन था और कन्या का नाम दु:शला था। ॥ ९-२२-२६ ॥
