अहो रूपमहो भावो नरलोकविमोहनम् । को न सेवेत मनुजो देवीं त्वां स्वयमागताम् ।। ९-१४-२३ ।।

sanskrit

Purūravā replied: O beautiful one, your beauty is wonderful and your gestures are also wonderful. Indeed, you are attractive to all human society. Therefore, since you have come of your own accord from the heavenly planets, who on earth would not agree to serve a demigoddess such as you. ।। 9-14-23 ।।

english translation

पुरुरवा ने कहा : हे सुन्दरी, तुम्हारा सौन्दर्य अद्भुत है और तुम्हारी भावभंगिमाएँ भी अद्भुत हैं। निस्सन्देह, तुम सारे मानव समाज के लिए आकर्षक हो। अतएव क्योंकि तुम स्वेच्छा से स्वर्ग लोक से यहाँ आई हो तो भला इस पृथ्वीलोक पर ऐसा कौन होगा जो तुम जैसी देवी की सेवा करने के लिए तैयार नहीं होगा? ।। ९-१४-२३ ।।
