दुरापूरेण कामेन मोहेन च बलीयसा । शेषं गृहेषु सक्तस्य प्रमत्तस्यापयाति हि ॥ ७-६-८ ॥
One whose mind and senses are uncontrolled becomes increasingly attached to family life because of insatiable lusty desires and very strong illusion. In such a madman’s life, the remaining years are also wasted because even during those years he cannot engage himself in devotional service. ॥ 7-6-8 ॥

जिसके मन तथा इन्द्रियाँ वश में नहीं हैं वह अतृप्त कामेच्छाओं तथा प्रबल मोह के कारण पारिवारिक जीवन में अधिकाधिक आसक्त होता जाता है। ऐसे पागल मनुष्य के जीवन के शेष वर्ष भी व्यर्थ जाते हैं, क्योंकि वह इन वर्षों में भी अपने को भक्ति में नहीं लगा सकता। ॥ ७-६-८ ॥
