यत्र यत्र द्विजा गावो वेदा वर्णाश्रमाः क्रियाः । तं तं जनपदं यात सन्दीपयत वृश्चत ।। ७-२-१२ ।।

sanskrit

Immediately go wherever there is good protection for the cows and brāhmaṇas and wherever the Vedas are studied in terms of the varṇāśrama principles. Set fire to those places and cut from the roots the trees there, which are the source of life. ।। 7-2-12 ।।

english translation

जहाँ कहीं भी गौवों तथा ब्राह्मणों को सुरक्षा प्राप्त है तथा जहाँ-जहाँ वर्णाश्रम नियमों के अनुसार वेदों का अध्ययन होता है, वहाँ-वहाँ तुरन्त जाओ। तुम लोग उन स्थानों में अग्नि लगा दो और जीवन के स्रोत वृक्षों को जड़ से काट कर गिरा दो। ।। ७-२-१२ ।।
