तं शयानं धरोपस्थे कावेर्यां सह्यसानुनि । रजस्वलैस्तनूदेशैर्निगूढामलतेजसम् ॥ ७-१३-१२ ॥

sanskrit

Thus Prahlāda Mahārāja, arrived at the bank of the Kāverī, where there was a mountain known as Sahya. There he found a great saintly person who was lying on the ground, covered with dirt and dust, but who was deeply spiritually advanced. ॥ 7-13-12 ॥

english translation

प्रह्लाद महाराज कावेरी तट पर पहुँचे जहाँ सह्य नामक एक पर्वत है। वहाँ पर उन्हें एक महान् साधु पुरुष मिला जो भूमि पर लेटा था और धूल-धूसरित था, किन्तु आध्यात्मिक दृष्टि से वह अत्यन्त बढ़ा-चढ़ा था। ॥ ७-१३-१२ ॥
