द्रुमेभ्यः क्रुध्यमानास्ते तपोदीपितमन्यवः । मुखतो वायुमग्निं च ससृजुस्तद्दिधक्षया ॥ ६-४-५ ॥
Because of having undergone long austerities in the water, the Pracetās were very angry at the trees. Desiring to burn them to ashes, they generated wind and fire from their mouths. ॥ 6-4-5 ॥
english translation
जल में दीर्घकाल तक तपस्या करने के कारण प्रचेतागण वृक्षों पर अत्यधिक क्रुद्ध थे। उन्हें जलाकर भस्म करने की इच्छा से उन्होंने अपने मुखों से वायु तथा अग्नि उत्पन्न की। ॥ ६-४-५ ॥
