न ते शस्त्रास्त्रवर्षौघा ह्यासेदुः सुरसैनिकान् । छिन्नाः सिद्धपथे देवैर्लघुहस्तैः सहस्रधा ।। ६-१०-२५ ।।

sanskrit

The showers of various weapons and arrows released to kill the soldiers of the demigods did not reach them because the demigods, acting quickly, cut the weapons into thousands of pieces in the sky. ।। 6-10-25 ।।

english translation

देवताओं की सेना को मारने के लिए हथियारों तथा बाणों के द्वारा की गई वर्षा उन तक नहीं पहुँच पाई, क्योंकि उन्होंने अपने हस्तलाघव से आकाश में इन हथियारों को काटकर खण्ड-खण्ड कर दिया। ।। ६-१०-२५ ।।
