वृतो देवगणैः सर्वैर्गजेन्द्रोपर्यशोभत । स्तूयमानो मुनिगणैस्त्रैलोक्यं हर्षयन्निव ।। ६-१०-१४ ।।

sanskrit

Indra rode on the back of his carrier, Airāvata, surrounded by all the demigods, while all the great sages offered him praise. Thus he shone very beautifully, pleasing the three worlds as he rode off to kill Vṛtrāsura. ।। 6-10-14 ।।

english translation

इन्द्र अपने वाहन ऐरावत की पीठ पर सवार हुआ। उसे समस्त देवता घेरे हुए थे और सभी मुनिगण उसकी प्रशंसा कर रहे थे। इस तरह जब वह वृत्रासुर का वध करने के लिए सवार होकर चला तो वह अत्यन्त सुशोभित हो रहा था और तीनों लोकों को भा रहा था। ।। ६-१०-१४ ।।
