विप्राः सत्याशिषस्तुष्टाः श्रद्धया लब्धदक्षिणाः । आशिषो युयुजुः क्षत्तरादिराजाय सत्कृताः ।। ४-१९-४१ ।।

sanskrit

With great respect, the original king, Pṛthu, offered all kinds of rewards to the brāhmaṇas present at the sacrifice. Since all these brāhmaṇas were very much satisfied, they gave their heartfelt blessings to the King. ।। 4-19-41 ।।

english translation

आदिराज पृथु ने उस यज्ञ में उपस्थित समस्त ब्राह्मणों को अत्यन्त सम्मानपूर्वक सभी प्रकार की भेंटें प्रदान कीं। इन ब्राह्मणों ने प्रसन्न होकर राजा को अपनी ओर से हार्दिक शुभाशीष दिये। ।। ४-१९-४१ ।।

viprAH satyAziSastuSTAH zraddhayA labdhadakSiNAH | AziSo yuyujuH kSattarAdirAjAya satkRtAH || 4-19-41 ||

त्वयाऽऽहूता महाबाहो सर्व एव समागताः । पूजिता दानमानाभ्यां पितृदेवर्षिमानवाः ।। ४-१९-४२ ।।

sanskrit

All the great sages and brāhmaṇas said: O mighty King, by your invitation all classes of living entities have attended this assembly. They have come from Pitṛloka and the heavenly planets, and great sages as well as common men have attended this meeting. Now all of them are very much satisfied by your dealings and your charity towards them. ।। 4-19-42 ।।

english translation

समस्त ऋषियों तथा ब्राह्मणों ने कहा : हे शक्तिशाली राजा, आपके आमंत्रण पर सभी वर्ग के जीवों ने इस सभा में भाग लिया है। वे पितृलोक तथा स्वर्गलोकों से आये हैं, साथ ही सामान्यजन एवं ऋषिगण भी इस सभा में उपस्थित हुए हैं। अब वे सभी आपके व्यवहार तथा आपके दान से अत्यन्त सन्तुष्ट हैं। ।। ४-१९-४२ ।।
