Srimad Bhagavatam
गन्धर्वाप्सरसोऽधुक्षन् पात्रे पद्ममये पयः । वत्सं विश्वावसुं कृत्वा गान्धर्वं मधु सौभगम् ॥ ४-१८-१७ ॥
The inhabitants of Gandharvaloka and Apsaroloka made Viśvāvasu into a calf, and they drew the milk into a lotus-flower pot. The milk took the shape of sweet musical art and beauty. ॥ 4-18-17 ॥
english translation
गन्धर्व लोक तथा अप्सरालोक के निवासियों ने विश्वावसु को बछड़ा बनाया और कमल पुष्प के पात्र में दूध दुहा। इस दूध ने मधुर संगीत-कला तथा सुन्दरता का रूप धारण किया। ॥ ४-१८-१७ ॥
