Srimad Bhagavatam
येनोपसृष्टात्पुरुषाल्लोक उद्विजते भृशम् । न बुधस्तद्वशं गच्छेदिच्छन्नभयमात्मनः ॥ ४-११-३२ ॥
A person who desires liberation from this material world should not fall under the control of anger because when bewildered by anger one becomes a source of dread for all others. ॥ 4-11-32 ॥
english translation
जो व्यक्ति इस भौतिक जगत से मुक्ति चाहता है उसे चाहिए कि वह क्रोध के वशीभूत न हो, क्योंकि क्रोध से मोहग्रस्त होने पर वह अन्य सबों के लिए भय का कारण बन जाता है। ॥ ४-११-३२ ॥
