देवापिः शन्तनोर्भ्राता मरुश्चेक्ष्वाकुवंशजः । कलापग्राम आसाते महायोगबलान्वितौ ।। १२-२-३७ ।।

sanskrit

Devāpi, the brother of Mahārāja Śāntanu, and Maru, the descendant of Ikṣvāku, both possess great mystic strength and are living even now in the village of Kalāpa. ।। 12-2-37 ।।

english translation

महाराज शांतनु के भाई देवापि और इक्ष्वाकु के वंशज मरु, दोनों के पास महान रहस्यमय शक्ति है और वे अब भी कलापा गांव में रह रहे हैं। ।। १२-२-३७ ।।
