पुराणसंहितामेतामधीत्य प्रयतो द्विजः । प्रोक्तं भगवता यत्तु तत्पदं परमं व्रजेत् ।। १२-१२-६४ ।।

sanskrit

A brāhmaṇa who diligently reads this essential compilation of all the Purāṇas will go to the supreme destination, which the Supreme Lord Himself has herein described. ।। 12-12-64 ।।

english translation

एक ब्राह्मण जो सभी पुराणों के इस आवश्यक संकलन को लगन से पढ़ता है, वह सर्वोच्च गंतव्य तक जाएगा, जिसका वर्णन स्वयं सर्वोच्च भगवान ने यहां किया है। ।। १२-१२-६४ ।।
