वसिष्ठो वरुणो रम्भा सहजन्यस्तथा हुहूः । शुक्रश्चित्रस्वनश्चैव शुचिमासं नयन्त्यमी ।। १२-११-३६ ।।

sanskrit

Vasiṣṭha as the sage, Varuṇa as the sun-god, Rambhā as the Apsarā, Sahajanya as the Rākṣasa, Hūhū as the Gandharva, Śukra as the Nāga and Citrasvana as the Yakṣa rule the month of Śuci. ।। 12-11-36 ।।

english translation

ऋषि के रूप में वशिष्ठ, सूर्य-देवता के रूप में वरुण, अप्सरा के रूप में रंभा, राक्षस के रूप में सहजन्या, गंधर्व के रूप में हुहु, नाग के रूप में शुक्र और यक्ष के रूप में चित्रस्वाना शुचि महीने पर शासन करते हैं। ।। १२-११-३६ ।।

इंद्र सूर्यदेव के रूप में, विश्वावसु गंधर्व के रूप में, श्रोता यक्ष के रूप में, एलापत्र नाग के रूप में, अंगिरा ऋषि के रूप में, प्रमलोका अप्सरा के रूप में और वर्या राक्षस के रूप में नभस महीने पर शासन करते हैं। ।। १२-११-३७ ।।

पूषा सूर्यदेव के रूप में, धनंजय नाग के रूप में, वात राक्षस के रूप में, सुषेण गंधर्व के रूप में, सुरुचि यक्ष के रूप में, घृताची अप्सरा के रूप में और गौतम ऋषि के रूप में तपस महीने पर शासन करते हैं। ।। १२-११-३९ ।।

यक्ष के रूप में ऋतु, राक्षस के रूप में वार्का, ऋषि के रूप में भारद्वाज, सूर्य-देवता के रूप में पार्जन्य, अप्सरा के रूप में सेनजीत, गंधर्व के रूप में विश्व और नाग के रूप में ऐरावत ने तपस्या नामक महीने पर शासन किया। ।। १२-११-४० ।।
