पूषा धनञ्जयो वातः सुषेणः सुरुचिस्तथा । घृताची गौतमश्चेति तपोमासं नयन्त्यमी ।। १२-११-३९ ।।

sanskrit

Pūṣā as the sun-god, Dhanañjaya as the Nāga, Vāta as the Rākṣasa, Suṣeṇa as the Gandharva, Suruci as the Yakṣa, Ghṛtācī as the Apsarā and Gautama as the sage rule the month of Tapas. ।। 12-11-39 ।।

english translation

पूषा सूर्यदेव के रूप में, धनंजय नाग के रूप में, वात राक्षस के रूप में, सुषेण गंधर्व के रूप में, सुरुचि यक्ष के रूप में, घृताची अप्सरा के रूप में और गौतम ऋषि के रूप में तपस महीने पर शासन करते हैं। ।। १२-११-३९ ।।
