पृथिवी वायुराकाशमापोऽग्निश्चन्द्रमा रविः । कपोतोऽजगरः सिन्धुः पतङ्गो मधुकृद्गजः ॥ ११-७-३३ ॥

O King, I have taken shelter of twenty-four gurus, who are the following: the earth, air, sky, water, fire, moon, sun, pigeon and python; the sea, moth, honeybee, elephant and honey thief; ॥ 11-7-33 ॥

english translation

हे राजन, मैंने चौबीस गुरुओं की शरण ली है, जो इस प्रकार हैं: पृथ्वी, वायु, आकाश, जल, अग्नि, चंद्रमा, सूर्य, कबूतर और अजगर; समुद्र, पतंगा, मधुमक्खी, हाथी और शहद चोर; ॥ ११-७-३३ ॥
