नाचरेद्यस्तु वेदोक्तं स्वयमज्ञोऽजितेन्द्रियः । विकर्मणा ह्यधर्मेण मृत्योर्मृत्युमुपैति सः ॥ ११-३-४५ ॥
If an ignorant person who has not conquered the material senses does not adhere to the Vedic injunctions, certainly he will engage in sinful and irreligious activities. Thus his reward will be repeated birth and death. ॥ 11-3-45 ॥

यदि कोई अज्ञानी व्यक्ति जिसने भौतिक इंद्रियों पर विजय नहीं पाई है, वैदिक आदेशों का पालन नहीं करता है, तो निश्चित रूप से वह पापपूर्ण और अधार्मिक गतिविधियों में संलग्न होगा। इस प्रकार उसका पुरस्कार बार-बार जन्म और मृत्यु होगा। ॥ ११-३-४५ ॥
