Rid yourself of all sinful reactions with the sight of the sacred Alakanandā River. Dress yourself in bark and eat whatever is naturally available in the forest. Thus you should remain content and free from desire, ।। 11-29-42 ।।

पवित्र अलकनंदा नदी के दर्शन से अपने आप को सभी पापों से मुक्त करें। अपने आप को छाल के कपड़े पहनाएं और जो कुछ भी जंगल में प्राकृतिक रूप से उपलब्ध है उसे खाएं। इस प्रकार आपको संतुष्ट और इच्छा से मुक्त रहना चाहिए, ।। ११-२९-४२ ।।
