सात्त्विकः कारकोऽसङ्गी रागान्धो राजसः स्मृतः । तामसः स्मृतिविभ्रष्टो निर्गुणो मदपाश्रयः ।। ११-२५-२६ ।।

sanskrit

A worker free of attachment is in the mode of goodness, a worker blinded by personal desire is in the mode of passion, and a worker who has completely forgotten how to tell right from wrong is in the mode of ignorance. But a worker who has taken shelter of Me is understood to be transcendental to the modes of nature. ।। 11-25-26 ।।

english translation

आसक्ति से मुक्त कार्यकर्ता सतोगुण में है, व्यक्तिगत इच्छा से अंधा कार्यकर्ता रजोगुण में है, और जो कार्यकर्ता सही और गलत में फर्क करना पूरी तरह से भूल गया है वह तमोगुण में है। परंतु जिस कार्यकर्ता ने मेरी शरण ली है, वह प्रकृति के गुणों से परे समझा जाता है। ।। ११-२५-२६ ।।
