तस्मिन्नहं समभवमण्डे सलिलसंस्थितौ । मम नाभ्यामभूत्पद्मं विश्वाख्यं तत्र चात्मभूः ॥ ११-२४-१० ॥
I Myself appeared within that egg, which was floating on the causal water, and from My navel arose the universal lotus, the birthplace of self-born Brahmā. ॥ 11-24-10 ॥

मैं स्वयं उस अंडे के भीतर प्रकट हुआ, जो कारण जल पर तैर रहा था, और मेरी नाभि से सार्वभौमिक कमल उत्पन्न हुआ, जो स्वयंभू ब्रह्मा का जन्मस्थान था। ॥ ११-२४-१० ॥
