प्रतिश्रयान्नपानाद्यैः शय्याप्रावरणादिभिः ॥ योगधर्मः ससारत्वादभेद्यः पापमुद्गरैः ॥ ४१ ॥
Shelter, food, drink, bedding, blankets and so on. The dharma of yoga is impenetrable by the hammers of sin because it is essenceless.
english translation
pratizrayAnnapAnAdyaiH zayyAprAvaraNAdibhiH ॥ yogadharmaH sasAratvAdabhedyaH pApamudgaraiH ॥ 41 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवज्रतंदुलवज्ज्ञेयं तथा पापेन योगिनः ॥ न लिप्यंते च तापौघैः पद्मपत्रं यथांभसा ॥ ४२ ॥
It is to be understood as a thunderbolt and a dustbin, and so it is to be understood by the sinful yogi. They are not covered by the floods of heat just as a lotus leaf is not covered by water.
english translation
vajrataMdulavajjJeyaM tathA pApena yoginaH ॥ na lipyaMte ca tApaughaiH padmapatraM yathAMbhasA ॥ 42 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयस्मिन्देशे वसेन्नित्यं शिवयोगरतो मुनिः ॥ सो ऽपि देशो भवेत्पूतः सपूत इति किं पुनः ॥ ४३ ॥
Even the land where the sage engaged in Śivayoga resides is hallowed and sacred, let alone Śivayogin himself.
english translation
yasmindeze vasennityaM zivayogarato muniH ॥ so 'pi dezo bhavetpUtaH sapUta iti kiM punaH ॥ 43 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतस्मात्सर्वं परित्यज्य कृत्यमन्यद्विचक्षणः ॥ सर्वदुःखप्रहाणाय शिवयोगं समभ्यसेत् ॥ ४४ ॥
Hence a shrewd and efficient man shall eschew all activities and practise Śivayoga in order to quell miseries.
english translation
tasmAtsarvaM parityajya kRtyamanyadvicakSaNaH ॥ sarvaduHkhaprahANAya zivayogaM samabhyaset ॥ 44 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसिद्धयोगफलो योगी लोकानां हितकाम्यया ॥ भोगान्भुक्त्वा यथाकामं विहरेद्वात्र वर्तताम् ॥ ४५ ॥
A Yogin who has achieved the fruits of Yoga may sport about after enjoying the pleasures as he wishes or shall remain here performing the requisite services.
english translation
siddhayogaphalo yogI lokAnAM hitakAmyayA ॥ bhogAnbhuktvA yathAkAmaM viharedvAtra vartatAm ॥ 45 ॥
