श्रीमन्त्रिशूलमैशाने वज्रं माहेन्द्रदिङ्मुखे ॥ परशुं वह्निदिग्भागे याम्ये सायकमर्चयेत् ॥ ६६ ॥

The trident of the goddess of fortune is in the north-east, and the thunderbolt is in the south-facing Gaindra. One should worship the ax and the arrow on the southern side of the fire.

नैरृते तु यजेत्खड्गं पाशं वारुणगोचरे ॥ अंकुशं मारुते भागे पिनाकं चोत्तरे यजेत् ॥ ६७ ॥

On the north side one should worship a sword and a rope in the presence of Varuṇa. One should worship Ankusha in the wind and Pinaka in the north.

One should worship the Raudra, the guardian of the field, facing west. After worshiping the fifth covering outside.

Either outside the demigods who cover all the coverings, or in the fifth place. On the fifth day one should perform the sacrifice in front of the great eye along with the mothers.
