Shiva Purana
सर्वावरणदेवानां बहिर्वा पञ्चमे ऽथवा ॥ पञ्चमे मातृभिस्सार्धं महोक्ष पुरतो यजेत् ॥ ६९ ॥
Either outside the demigods who cover all the coverings, or in the fifth place. On the fifth day one should perform the sacrifice in front of the great eye along with the mothers.

sarvAvaraNadevAnAM bahirvA paJcame 'thavA ॥ paJcame mAtRbhissArdhaM mahokSa purato yajet ॥ 69 ॥
