Shiva Purana
सर्वभूताधिवासश्च साक्षी चेता च निर्गुणः ॥ एको वशी निष्क्रियाणां बहूनां विवशात्मनाम् ॥ ६४ ॥
He is the abode of all living beings, the cosmic witness, the provoker of thoughts, devoid of attributes and the sole lord with self-control, devoid of activities and helpless.

sarvabhUtAdhivAsazca sAkSI cetA ca nirguNaH ॥ eko vazI niSkriyANAM bahUnAM vivazAtmanAm ॥ 64 ॥
