Shiva Purana
स एकस्सर्वभूतेषु गूढो व्याप्तश्च विश्वतः ॥ सर्वभूतांतरात्मा च धर्माध्यक्षस्स कथ्यते ॥ ६३ ॥
He is the solitary lord hidden in all living beings. Spread all round he is the innate soul of all living beings. He is mentioned as the presiding deity of all sacred rites.

sa ekassarvabhUteSu gUDho vyAptazca vizvataH ॥ sarvabhUtAMtarAtmA ca dharmAdhyakSassa kathyate ॥ 63 ॥
