विप्राणां च गवां चैव सन्निधौ शस्यते जपः ॥ तत्पूर्वाभिमुखं वश्यं दक्षिणं चाभिचारिकम् ॥ ४६ ॥

viprANAM ca gavAM caiva sannidhau zasyate japaH ॥ tatpUrvAbhimukhaM vazyaM dakSiNaM cAbhicArikam ॥ 46 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपश्चिमं धनदं विद्यादौत्तरं शातिदं भवेत् ॥ सूर्याग्निविप्रदेवानां गुरूणामपि सन्निधौ ॥ ४७ ॥

pazcimaM dhanadaM vidyAdauttaraM zAtidaM bhavet ॥ sUryAgnivipradevAnAM gurUNAmapi sannidhau ॥ 47 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअन्येषां च प्रसक्तानां मन्त्रं न विमुखो जपेत् ॥ उष्णीषी कुंचुकी नम्रो मुक्तकेशो गलावृतः ॥ ४८ ॥
One should not be averse to chanting the mantra for others who are attached to it. He was wearing a warm robe and was humble, his hair loose and his neck covered.

anyeSAM ca prasaktAnAM mantraM na vimukho japet ॥ uSNISI kuMcukI namro muktakezo galAvRtaH ॥ 48 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअपवित्रकरो ऽशुद्धो विलपन्न जपेत्क्वचित् ॥ क्रोधं मदं क्षुतं त्रीणि निष्ठीवनविजृंभणे ॥ ४९ ॥
If one is unclean or impure, he should sometimes chant the mantra while lamenting. Anger, intoxication and hunger are the three modes of material nature.

apavitrakaro 'zuddho vilapanna japetkvacit ॥ krodhaM madaM kSutaM trINi niSThIvanavijRMbhaNe ॥ 49 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदर्शनं च श्वनीचानां वर्जयेज्जपकर्मणि ॥ आचमेत्संभवे तेषां स्मरेद्वा मां त्वया सह ॥ ५० ॥
One should avoid seeing lowly dogs while chanting the mantra. Whenever possible, one should perform ablutions for them or remember Me with you.
