नमस्समस्तसंसारचक्रभ्रमणहेतवे ॥ गौरीकुचतटद्वन्द्वकुंकुमांकितवक्षसे ॥ १ ॥
Obeisance to the lord whose chest is marked by the saffron from the plump pair of breasts of Gaurī and who causes the entire world whirl like a wheel.
english translation
namassamastasaMsAracakrabhramaNahetave ॥ gaurIkucataTadvandvakuMkumAMkitavakSase ॥ 1 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसूत उवाच ॥ उक्त्वा भगवतो लब्धप्रसादादुपमन्युना ॥ नियमादुत्थितो वायुर्मध्ये प्राप्ते दिवाकरे ॥ २ ॥
Sūta said:— Having obtained the mercy of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Upamaṇyu spoke as follows. When the sun rose in the middle of the day the wind rose as usual.
english translation
sUta uvAca ॥ uktvA bhagavato labdhaprasAdAdupamanyunA ॥ niyamAdutthito vAyurmadhye prApte divAkare ॥ 2 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptऋषयश्चापि ते सर्वे नैमिषारण्यवासिनः ॥ अथायमर्थः प्रष्टव्य इति कृत्वा विनिश्चयम् ॥ ३ ॥
All the sages also lived in the forest of Naimiṣāraṇya Having decided that the meaning of Athaya should be asked.
english translation
RSayazcApi te sarve naimiSAraNyavAsinaH ॥ athAyamarthaH praSTavya iti kRtvA vinizcayam ॥ 3 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकृत्वा यथा स्वकं कृत्यं प्रत्यहं ते यथा पुरा ॥ भगवंतमुपायांतं समीक्ष्य समुपाविशन् ॥ ४ ॥
Every day you have done your duty as you used to. Seeing the Lord approaching they sat down.
english translation
kRtvA yathA svakaM kRtyaM pratyahaM te yathA purA ॥ bhagavaMtamupAyAMtaM samIkSya samupAvizan ॥ 4 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअथासौ नियमस्यांते भगवानम्बरोद्भवः ॥ मध्ये मुनिसभायास्तु भेजे कॢप्तं वरासनम् ॥ ५ ॥
At the end of the observance of the daily routine lord Vāyu occupied his assigned seat in the middle of the assembly of the sages.

athAsau niyamasyAMte bhagavAnambarodbhavaH ॥ madhye munisabhAyAstu bheje klRptaM varAsanam ॥ 5 ॥
