पाखण्डिपतितोदक्यास्सूतकान्त्यजपूर्वकान् ॥ वर्जयेत्सर्वयत्नेन मनसा कर्मणा गिरा ॥ ६६ ॥
Mentally, verbally and physically he shall avoid contact with heretics, fallen men, polluted women in their menses and Śūdras, by all means.
english translation
क्षमदानदयासत्याहिंसाशीलः सदा भवेत् ॥ संतुष्टश्च प्रशान्तश्च जपध्यानरतस्तथा ॥ ६७ ॥
He shall always practise forgiveness, charity, mercy non-violence to all living beings. He shall remain content, calm and engaged in meditation and Japa.
english translation
कुर्यात्त्रिषवणस्नानं भस्मस्नानमथापि वा ॥ पूजां वैशेषिकीं चैव मनसा वचसा गिरा ॥ ६८ ॥
He shall bathe thrice a day or he shall dust with the ashes instead. He shall perform special worship mentally, verbally and physically.

बहुनात्र किमुक्तेन नाचरेदशिवं व्रती ॥ प्रमादात्तु तथाचारे निरूप्य गुरुलाघवे ॥ ६९ ॥
What is more, what is said here is that a person who is observing a vow should not worship Lord Śiva. By negligence in such conduct he determined the heavy and the light.

उचितां निष्कृतिं कुर्यात्पूजाहोमजपादिभिः ॥ आसमाप्तेर्व्रतस्यैवमाचरेन्न प्रमादतः ॥ ७० ॥
One should perform appropriate purification by performing worship, sacrifice, chanting and other rituals. One should not neglect to perform this ritual at the end of the vow.
