बहुनात्र किमुक्तेन नाचरेदशिवं व्रती ॥ प्रमादात्तु तथाचारे निरूप्य गुरुलाघवे ॥ ६९ ॥

What is more, what is said here is that a person who is observing a vow should not worship Lord Śiva. By negligence in such conduct he determined the heavy and the light.
