कलाश्च ता निवृत्त्याद्याः पर्याप्ता इति निश्चयः ॥ मंत्राध्वा च पदाध्वा च वर्णाध्वा चेति शब्दतः ॥ ११ ॥

It is certain that those arts such as renunciation are sufficient They are called mantras, padadhvas, varṇadhvas and varṇadhvas.

kalAzca tA nivRttyAdyAH paryAptA iti nizcayaH ॥ maMtrAdhvA ca padAdhvA ca varNAdhvA ceti zabdataH ॥ 11 ॥

भुवनाध्वा च तत्त्वाध्वा कलाध्वा चार्थतः क्रमात् ॥ अत्रान्योन्यं च सर्वेषां व्याप्यव्यापकतोच्यते ॥ १२ ॥

From the world, from the elements, from the arts, and from the arts, one after another, in order. Here it is said that the pervasive and pervasiveness of all is mutually exclusive.

bhuvanAdhvA ca tattvAdhvA kalAdhvA cArthataH kramAt ॥ atrAnyonyaM ca sarveSAM vyApyavyApakatocyate ॥ 12 ॥

मंत्राः सर्वैः पदैर्व्याप्ता वाक्यभावात्पदानि च ॥ वर्णैर्वर्णसमूहं हि पदमाहुर्विपश्चितः ॥ १३ ॥

maMtrAH sarvaiH padairvyAptA vAkyabhAvAtpadAni ca ॥ varNairvarNasamUhaM hi padamAhurvipazcitaH ॥ 13 ॥

वर्णास्तु भुवनैर्व्याप्तास्तेषां तेषूपलंभनात् ॥ भुवनान्यपि तत्त्वौघैरुत्पत्त्यांतर्बहिष्क्रमात् ॥ १४ ॥

The varṇas are pervaded by the varṇas, because they are perceived in them. The worlds are also created by the floods of elements, within and without.

varNAstu bhuvanairvyAptAsteSAM teSUpalaMbhanAt ॥ bhuvanAnyapi tattvaughairutpattyAMtarbahiSkramAt ॥ 14 ॥

व्याप्तानि कारणैस्तत्त्वैरारब्धत्वादनेकशः ॥ अंतरादुत्थितानीह भुवनानि तु कानिचित् ॥ १५ ॥

They are pervaded by various causes and elements because they are initiated. Some of these worlds have risen from the space between the two worlds.
