Shiva Purana
यदा हि कालिका देवी पार्वती हिमवत्सुता ॥ तेपे तपस्तुविमलं वनं गत्वा शिवाप्तये ॥ २ ॥
When the goddess Kalika, the daughter of Himavat, was born, Parvati. He went to the forest and underwent severe austerities to attain Lord Śiva.
english translation
yadA hi kAlikA devI pArvatI himavatsutA ॥ tepe tapastuvimalaM vanaM gatvA zivAptaye ॥ 2 ॥
