धूमवान् सप्तमः शम्भुस्सर्वकामफलप्रदः ।। धूमवती शिवा तत्र सदुपासककामदा ।। ८ ।।

The seventh incarnation of Śiva is Dhūmavān, the bestower of the fruits of all desires. Śaktit here, is Dhūmāvatī who bestows all desires on the good worshippers.
