उद्धृत्य विघ्नान्भूयिष्ठान्कर तालत्रयेण तु ॥ अन्तरिक्षगता न्दृष्ट्वा विलोक्य दिवि संस्थितान् ॥ ५१ ॥
Remove the greatest obstacles with three palms of your hands I saw them in space and looked at them in the sky.
english translation
uddhRtya vighnAnbhUyiSThAnkara tAlatrayeNa tu ॥ antarikSagatA ndRSTvA vilokya divi saMsthitAn ॥ 51 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनिरुद्धप्राण आसीनो हंसमंत्रमनुस्मरन् ॥ हृदिस्थं जीवचैतन्यं ब्रह्मनाड्या समान येत् ॥ ५२ ॥
He shall restrain the vital breath and remember the Haṃsa mantra. Through the Brahma Nāḍī he shall then bring about the living consciousness in the heart.
english translation
niruddhaprANa AsIno haMsamaMtramanusmaran ॥ hRdisthaM jIvacaitanyaM brahmanADyA samAna yet ॥ 52 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptद्वादशांतस्स्थविशदे सहस्रारमहाम्बुजे ॥ चिच्चन्द्रमण्डलान्तस्थं चिद्रूपं परमेश्वरम् ॥ ५३ ॥
He shall meditate on the supreme god of the form of cit in the middle of lunar sphere of cit within the great lotus of thousand petals, full-blown and stationed in the twelve.
english translation
dvAdazAMtassthavizade sahasrAramahAmbuje ॥ ciccandramaNDalAntasthaM cidrUpaM paramezvaram ॥ 53 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशोषदाहप्लवान्कुर्याद्रेचकादि क्रमेण तु ॥ सषोडशचतुष्षष्टिद्वात्रिंशद्गणनायुतैः ॥ ५४ ॥
For sixteen, sixty-four and thirty-two seconds he shall perform Pūraka, Kumbhaka and Recaka through Śoṣa Dāha and Plava.
english translation
zoSadAhaplavAnkuryAdrecakAdi krameNa tu ॥ saSoDazacatuSSaSTidvAtriMzadgaNanAyutaiH ॥ 54 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवाय्वग्निसलिलाद्यैस्तैस्स्तवेदाद्यैरनुक्रमात् ॥ प्राणानायम्य मूलस्थां कुण्डलीं ब्रह्मरंध्रगाम् ॥ ५५ ॥
By the wind, fire, water and others, these hymns and others are performed in this order. Bend the breath and place the earrings at the root in the Brahma-hole.

vAyvagnisalilAdyaistaisstavedAdyairanukramAt ॥ prANAnAyamya mUlasthAM kuNDalIM brahmaraMdhragAm ॥ 55 ॥
