वाय्वग्निसलिलाद्यैस्तैस्स्तवेदाद्यैरनुक्रमात् ॥ प्राणानायम्य मूलस्थां कुण्डलीं ब्रह्मरंध्रगाम् ॥ ५५ ॥

By the wind, fire, water and others, these hymns and others are performed in this order. Bend the breath and place the earrings at the root in the Brahma-hole.
