इन्द्र॒: स दाम॑ने कृ॒त ओजि॑ष्ठ॒: स मदे॑ हि॒तः । द्यु॒म्नी श्लो॒की स सो॒म्यः ॥ इन्द्रः स दामने कृत ओजिष्ठः स मदे हितः । द्युम्नी श्लोकी स सोम्यः ॥

Indra was created for giving; he, the most mighty was set over the exhilarating Soma; he, the gloriousone the lord of praise, is worthy of the Soma.

english translation

indra॒: sa dAma॑ne kR॒ta oji॑STha॒: sa made॑ hi॒taH । dyu॒mnI zlo॒kI sa so॒myaH ॥ indraH sa dAmane kRta ojiSThaH sa made hitaH । dyumnI zlokI sa somyaH ॥
