ये सोमा॑सः परा॒वति॒ ये अ॑र्वा॒वति॑ सुन्वि॒रे । सर्वाँ॒स्ताँ इ॑न्द्र गच्छसि ॥ ये सोमासः परावति ये अर्वावति सुन्विरे । सर्वाँस्ताँ इन्द्र गच्छसि ॥
You go at once, Indra, to all those Soma-libations which are effused afar or effused near.
english translation
तमिन्द्रं॑ वाजयामसि म॒हे वृ॒त्राय॒ हन्त॑वे । स वृषा॑ वृष॒भो भु॑वत् ॥ तमिन्द्रं वाजयामसि महे वृत्राय हन्तवे । स वृषा वृषभो भुवत् ॥
We invigorate that (great) Indra for the slaying of mighty Vṛtra, may he be a bounteous showerer (ofwealth).
english translation
इन्द्र॒: स दाम॑ने कृ॒त ओजि॑ष्ठ॒: स मदे॑ हि॒तः । द्यु॒म्नी श्लो॒की स सो॒म्यः ॥ इन्द्रः स दामने कृत ओजिष्ठः स मदे हितः । द्युम्नी श्लोकी स सोम्यः ॥
Indra was created for giving; he, the most mighty was set over the exhilarating Soma; he, the gloriousone the lord of praise, is worthy of the Soma.
english translation
गि॒रा वज्रो॒ न सम्भृ॑त॒: सब॑लो॒ अन॑पच्युतः । व॒व॒क्ष ऋ॒ष्वो अस्तृ॑तः ॥ गिरा वज्रो न सम्भृतः सबलो अनपच्युतः । ववक्ष ऋष्वो अस्तृतः ॥
The mighty (Indra), unassailed by his foes, hastens to confer wealth on his worshippers-- renderedkeen by their praises as a weapon, full of strength and invincible.
english translation
दु॒र्गे चि॑न्नः सु॒गं कृ॑धि गृणा॒न इ॑न्द्र गिर्वणः । त्वं च॑ मघव॒न्वश॑: ॥ दुर्गे चिन्नः सुगं कृधि गृणान इन्द्र गिर्वणः । त्वं च मघवन्वशः ॥
Indra, worthy of our praise, do you, hymned by us, make our path plural in even in the midst of difficulties,(hear us), Maghavan, if you love us.
