ते नो॑ ना॒वमु॑रुष्यत॒ दिवा॒ नक्तं॑ सुदानवः । अरि॑ष्यन्तो॒ नि पा॒युभि॑: सचेमहि ॥ ते नो नावमुरुष्यत दिवा नक्तं सुदानवः । अरिष्यन्तो नि पायुभिः सचेमहि ॥
Munificent and irresistible (Maruts), guard our vessel by day and night, so that we may be securethrough your protection.
english translation
अघ्न॑ते॒ विष्ण॑वे व॒यमरि॑ष्यन्तः सु॒दान॑वे । श्रु॒धि स्व॑यावन्त्सिन्धो पू॒र्वचि॑त्तये ॥ अघ्नते विष्णवे वयमरिष्यन्तः सुदानवे । श्रुधि स्वयावन्त्सिन्धो पूर्वचित्तये ॥
We, injured (through his protection, offer praise) to the liberal Viṣṇu, who harms not (his adorers); doyou who goes by thyself alone (to combat), and cause wealth to flow (to the worshipper), hear (our prayer) inbehalf of him who has commenced the sacrifice.

तद्वार्यं॑ वृणीमहे॒ वरि॑ष्ठं गोप॒यत्य॑म् । मि॒त्रो यत्पान्ति॒ वरु॑णो॒ यद॑र्य॒मा ॥ तद्वार्यं वृणीमहे वरिष्ठं गोपयत्यम् । मित्रो यत्पान्ति वरुणो यदर्यमा ॥
We solicit that ample, all-desired, all-guarding (wealth) which Mitra, Varuṇa and Aryaman hold under their protection.
english translation
उ॒त न॒: सिन्धु॑र॒पां तन्म॒रुत॒स्तद॒श्विना॑ । इन्द्रो॒ विष्णु॑र्मी॒ढ्वांस॑: स॒जोष॑सः ॥ उत नः सिन्धुरपां तन्मरुतस्तदश्विना । इन्द्रो विष्णुर्मीढ्वांसः सजोषसः ॥
Yes, may he who causes the waters to flow (Parjanya), the Maruts, the Aśvins, Indra, Viṣṇu, may all(these deities) together, the showerers (of benefits, protect) that wealth for us.
english translation
ते हि ष्मा॑ व॒नुषो॒ नरो॒ऽभिमा॑तिं॒ कय॑स्य चित् । ति॒ग्मं न क्षोद॑: प्रति॒घ्नन्ति॒ भूर्ण॑यः ॥ ते हि ष्मा वनुषो नरोऽभिमातिं कयस्य चित् । तिग्मं न क्षोदः प्रतिघ्नन्ति भूर्णयः ॥
Those desirable leaders (of men), rapid in movement, break down the haughtiness of any (foe)whatever, as an impetuous current (sweeps away all obstacles).
