तू॒तु॒जा॒नो म॑हेम॒तेऽश्वे॑भिः प्रुषि॒तप्सु॑भिः । आ या॑हि य॒ज्ञमा॒शुभि॒: शमिद्धि ते॑ ॥ तूतुजानो महेमतेऽश्वेभिः प्रुषितप्सुभिः । आ याहि यज्ञमाशुभिः शमिद्धि ते ॥
Munificently minded, do you, who are quick of movement, come with shining and swift steeds to thesacrifice, for verily there is gratification to you thereby.

tU॒tu॒jA॒no ma॑hema॒te'zve॑bhiH pruSi॒tapsu॑bhiH । A yA॑hi ya॒jJamA॒zubhi॒: zamiddhi te॑ ॥ tUtujAno mahemate'zvebhiH pruSitapsubhiH । A yAhi yajJamAzubhiH zamiddhi te ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइन्द्र॑ शविष्ठ सत्पते र॒यिं गृ॒णत्सु॑ धारय । श्रव॑: सू॒रिभ्यो॑ अ॒मृतं॑ वसुत्व॒नम् ॥ इन्द्र शविष्ठ सत्पते रयिं गृणत्सु धारय । श्रवः सूरिभ्यो अमृतं वसुत्वनम् ॥
Most powerful Indra, protector of the virtuous, secure us who praise you in the possession of riches,(grant) to the pious imperishable all-pervading sustenance.

indra॑ zaviSTha satpate ra॒yiM gR॒Natsu॑ dhAraya । zrava॑: sU॒ribhyo॑ a॒mRtaM॑ vasutva॒nam ॥ indra zaviSTha satpate rayiM gRNatsu dhAraya । zravaH sUribhyo amRtaM vasutvanam ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptहवे॑ त्वा॒ सूर॒ उदि॑ते॒ हवे॑ म॒ध्यंदि॑ने दि॒वः । जु॒षा॒ण इ॑न्द्र॒ सप्ति॑भिर्न॒ आ ग॑हि ॥ हवे त्वा सूर उदिते हवे मध्यंदिने दिवः । जुषाण इन्द्र सप्तिभिर्न आ गहि ॥
I invoke you when the sun is risen; I invoke (you) at mid-day; being propitited, come to us, Indra, with your gliding steeds.
english translation
have॑ tvA॒ sUra॒ udi॑te॒ have॑ ma॒dhyaMdi॑ne di॒vaH । ju॒SA॒Na i॑ndra॒ sapti॑bhirna॒ A ga॑hi ॥ have tvA sUra udite have madhyaMdine divaH । juSANa indra saptibhirna A gahi ॥

Come quickly; hasten, be exhilarated by the libation mixed with milk; extend the ancient sacrifice, sothat I may obtain (its reward).

A tU ga॑hi॒ pra tu dra॑va॒ matsvA॑ su॒tasya॒ goma॑taH । tantuM॑ tanuSva pU॒rvyaM yathA॑ vi॒de ॥ A tU gahi pra tu drava matsvA sutasya gomataH । tantuM tanuSva pUrvyaM yathA vide ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयच्छ॒क्रासि॑ परा॒वति॒ यद॑र्वा॒वति॑ वृत्रहन् । यद्वा॑ समु॒द्रे अन्ध॑सोऽवि॒तेद॑सि ॥ यच्छक्रासि परावति यदर्वावति वृत्रहन् । यद्वा समुद्रे अन्धसोऽवितेदसि ॥
Whether, Śakra, you be far off, or, slayer of Vṛtra, near at hand, or whether you be in the firmament,you are the guardian of the (sacrificial) food.
