या ओष॑धी॒: पूर्वा॑ जा॒ता दे॒वेभ्य॑स्त्रियु॒गं पु॒रा । मनै॒ नु ब॒भ्रूणा॑म॒हं श॒तं धामा॑नि स॒प्त च॑ ॥ या ओषधीः पूर्वा जाता देवेभ्यस्त्रियुगं पुरा । मनै नु बभ्रूणामहं शतं धामानि सप्त च ॥

श॒तं वो॑ अम्ब॒ धामा॑नि स॒हस्र॑मु॒त वो॒ रुह॑: । अधा॑ शतक्रत्वो यू॒यमि॒मं मे॑ अग॒दं कृ॑त ॥ शतं वो अम्ब धामानि सहस्रमुत वो रुहः । अधा शतक्रत्वो यूयमिमं मे अगदं कृत ॥
Mothers (of mankind) a hundred are your applications, a thousandfold is your growth; do you who fulfila hundred functions, make this my (people) free from disease.

ओष॑धी॒: प्रति॑ मोदध्वं॒ पुष्प॑वतीः प्र॒सूव॑रीः । अश्वा॑ इव स॒जित्व॑रीर्वी॒रुध॑: पारयि॒ष्ण्व॑: ॥ ओषधीः प्रति मोदध्वं पुष्पवतीः प्रसूवरीः । अश्वा इव सजित्वरीर्वीरुधः पारयिष्ण्वः ॥
Rejoice, plants, bearing abundant flowers and fruit, triumphing together (over disease) like (victorious)horses, sprouting forth, bearing (men safe) beyond (disease).

ओष॑धी॒रिति॑ मातर॒स्तद्वो॑ देवी॒रुप॑ ब्रुवे । स॒नेय॒मश्वं॒ गां वास॑ आ॒त्मानं॒ तव॑ पूरुष ॥ ओषधीरिति मातरस्तद्वो देवीरुप ब्रुवे । सनेयमश्वं गां वास आत्मानं तव पूरुष ॥
"Plants!" thus I hail you, the divine mothers (of mankind). I will give to you, oḥ physician, a horse, acow, a garment-- yes, even myself.

अ॒श्व॒त्थे वो॑ नि॒षद॑नं प॒र्णे वो॑ वस॒तिष्कृ॒ता । गो॒भाज॒ इत्किला॑सथ॒ यत्स॒नव॑थ॒ पूरु॑षम् ॥ अश्वत्थे वो निषदनं पर्णे वो वसतिष्कृता । गोभाज इत्किलासथ यत्सनवथ पूरुषम् ॥
Your abode is in the Aśvattha, your dwelling is established in the Palāśa, you are assuredly thedistributer of cattle, inas much as you bestow them on the physician.
