ईशे॒ यो विश्व॑स्या दे॒ववी॑ते॒रीशे॑ वि॒श्वायु॑रु॒षसो॒ व्यु॑ष्टौ । आ यस्मि॑न्म॒ना ह॒वींष्य॒ग्नावरि॑ष्टरथः स्क॒भ्नाति॑ शू॒षैः ॥ ईशे यो विश्वस्या देववीतेरीशे विश्वायुरुषसो व्युष्टौ । आ यस्मिन्मना हवींष्यग्नावरिष्टरथः स्कभ्नाति शूषैः ॥
Who rules over every oblation to the gods, who all pervading rules at the opening of the dawn, and inwhom (the sacrificer), whose sacrifice is undisturbed by his foes, throws his choice oblations.
