वै॒श्वा॒न॒रस्य॑ सुम॒तौ स्या॑म॒ राजा॒ हि कं॒ भुव॑नानामभि॒श्रीः । इ॒तो जा॒तो विश्व॑मि॒दं वि च॑ष्टे वैश्वान॒रो य॑तते॒ सूर्ये॑ण ॥ वैश्वानरस्य सुमतौ स्याम राजा हि कं भुवनानामभिश्रीः । इतो जातो विश्वमिदं वि चष्टे वैश्वानरो यतते सूर्येण ॥
May we continue in the favour of Vaiśvānara, for verily he is the august sovereign of all beings; as soon as genitive rated from this (wood), he surveys the universe; he accompanies the rising sun.
english translation
पृ॒ष्टो दि॒वि पृ॒ष्टो अ॒ग्निः पृ॑थि॒व्यां पृ॒ष्टो विश्वा॒ ओष॑धी॒रा वि॑वेश । वै॒श्वा॒न॒रः सह॑सा पृ॒ष्टो अ॒ग्निः स नो॒ दिवा॒ स रि॒षः पा॑तु॒ नक्त॑म् ॥ पृष्टो दिवि पृष्टो अग्निः पृथिव्यां पृष्टो विश्वा ओषधीरा विवेश । वैश्वानरः सहसा पृष्टो अग्निः स नो दिवा स रिषः पातु नक्तम् ॥
Agni, who is present in the sky, and present upon earth, and who, present, has pervaded all herbs; may the Agni Vaiśvānara, who is present in vigour, guard us night and day, against our enemies.
english translation
वैश्वा॑नर॒ तव॒ तत्स॒त्यम॑स्त्व॒स्मान्रायो॑ म॒घवा॑नः सचन्ताम् । तन्नो॑ मि॒त्रो वरु॑णो मामहन्ता॒मदि॑ति॒: सिन्धु॑: पृथि॒वी उ॒त द्यौः ॥ वैश्वानर तव तत्सत्यमस्त्वस्मान्रायो मघवानः सचन्ताम् । तन्नो मित्रो वरुणो मामहन्तामदितिः सिन्धुः पृथिवी उत द्यौः ॥
Vaiśvānara, may this (your adoration be attended) by real (fruit); may precious treasure wait uon us, and may Mitra, Varuṇa, Aditi--ocean, earth, and heaven, preserve them to us.
